Separate Service Agreements: The use of our cold storage facilities is subject to a formal, separate Cold Storage Service Agreement or Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between Maneli Foods and the client, which will outline specific temperature specifications, liability caps, billing cycles, and access protocols.
Prohibited Goods: Clients are strictly prohibited from storing hazardous, illegal, noxious, highly volatile, or unauthorized items in our cold storage facilities. Any breach will result in immediate termination of storage privileges and potential legal action.
